Menu item own cost by menu item operational report

Abstract

TfmMenuItemsInputPrices

The Menu item own cost by menu item operational report is used to view information about the own cost of menu items selected by the user from all store groups.

A menu item own cost is calculated on the basis of the stock item purchase prices of its corresponding stock items.

This report is generated from information in the Purchase price operational report, which is in turn based on calculation operations performed on all the stores.

The operational report displays the menu item own cost for 1 unit of measurement of this menu item as well as the menu item own cost for 1 portion of this menu item.

Location: Menu - Operational reports - Own cost - Menu item own cost by menu item.

The operational report can also be opened using the Own cost command in the context menu of the Menu directory.
