Stock out by stock in operational report

The Stock out by stock in operational report is used to view information about the usage of received stock items.

The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel listing the elements that match the selected filter parameters.

Stock-in documents, the specification of which contains the selected stock items, appear in the data grid as parent items. Child items of these stock-in documents are stock-out documents that recorded the consumption of the selected stock items.

Data grid columns:

  • Stock item indicates the stock item included in the specification of the store document specification.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.

  • Stock item group indicates the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.

  • Store is the name of the store in which the document was created.

  • Document denotes the number of the document in which the stock item was included.

  • Document date designates the date on which the document was created.

  • Quantity denotes the quantity of the stock item.

    For the used stock item, this value shows how much of the used stock item was refilled with the received stock item; for the received stock item, this value shows how much of the received stock item is to be used to refill the level of the used stock item.

  • Price is the price set for the used stock item.

    This value equals the cost of the received stock item intended to compensate for the used amount of the stock item.

  • Total is the total cost of the used stock item that has been compensated for with the received stock item.

  • Comment is a brief comment on the store document specification item.

  • Document type indicates the store document type.

  • Status is the store document status assigned by the user.

  • Status (store) denotes the status of the document specification item, assigned after processing by the storekeeping system.

  • Type denotes the type to which the given stock item belongs.

  • Class is the class to which the stock item belongs.

  • Quantity in document is the quantity of the stock item shown in the document.

    For a stock-in document, this is the quantity that was received according to the given document; for a stock-out document, this is the entirety of the quantity used.

  • Price in document is the price of the stock item, as specified in the document.

  • Total in document is the price of the stock item, as specified in the document.

You cannot edit the Stock out by stock in report. Context menu commands:

  • Documents (F2) – displays store document specifications.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
