Print layouts panel in the Screen form print format window

The Print layouts panel is used to add, edit, and delete the print layouts used by the screen form print format.

Data grid columns:

  • Screen form print format is the name of the screen form print format to which the print layout belongs.

  • Language is the language of the generated print layout.

  • Based on is the print layout upon which the current print layout is based.

The context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new print layout.

  • Edit (F2) – edits and displays print layout attributes.

    This command is only available when one print layout is selected.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes print layouts.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a print layout to the software module print format specification, use the New print layout entry window. To edit print layout attributes, use the Print layout editor window.

A confirmation prompt appears when you delete print layouts from the specification.
