Stock item type window
Access panel in the Stock item type window

The Stock item types directory is used to manage stock item types.

Location of the directory: Store – Directories – Stock item types.

Data grid columns:

  • Name is name of the stock item type.

  • Description is a brief description of the stock item type.

  • Security level indicates the security level assigned to the stock item type.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new stock item type.

  • Edit (F2) – edits stock item types.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes stock item types to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add new stock item types, use the New stock item type and New stock item types windows. The Stock item type and Stock item types windows are used for editing stock item types.

The Select stock item type window is used to select stock item types from fields in other windows.
