Specification panel in the Sales setting window

The Specification panel is used to manage sales setting elements (relationships between concurrences and sales departments), as well as to specify settings for any menu items that are associated with stock items.

The Specification panel is composed of the following columns:

  • Sales setting indicates the sales setting.

  • Sales department is the sales department in which the sales of the menu items (joined together by a concurrence) will be registered.

  • Concurrence denotes the concurrence for these menu items.

  • Store is the store from which the stock items that correspond to the sold menu items will be deducted.

  • Ticket printer designates the ticket printer.

  • Service provider is the device that acts as a service provider and ensures the routing of messages regulating the printing of order tickets, cancellation of order tickets, and confirmation of ready orders.

  • Order-ready message recipient is the name of the device to which order-ready confirmation messages are sent.

  • Excluded from sale indicates whether the menu items that belong to the given concurrence are excluded from sale.

  • Mode is the ticket printing mode for the printer.

The specification context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a sales setting element.

  • Edit (F2) – edits attributes of existing sales settings specification items.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes items from the sales settings specification.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new element to the sales setting specification, please use the New sales setting element entry window.

To edit attributes of sales setting elements, use the Sales setting element or Sales setting elements editor windows.

When you delete items from the sales setting specification, a confirm permanent deletion prompt appears.
