Access setting by employee privilege set window

The following windows are used to manage the access settings that have been customised for a given employee privilege set:

All of these windows are opened from the Access settings panel data grid in the Employee privilege set window.

You can open the editor window by using the Edit command. From here, you can modify attributes of one or more access settings.

If one entry is selected in the data grid, the Access setting by employee privilege set editor window opens.

Window fields:

  • User role denotes the user role included into the access setting. This is a required field.

    Please select a user role in the Select user role window.

  • Employee privilege set is the employee privilege set for which you have customised the access settings. This is a required field.

  • Security level is the security level included in the access settings. This is a required field.

    Please select a security level in the Select security level window.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If two or more entries are selected in the data grid, the editor window for multiple access settings by employee privilege set opens. The name of the window changes to Access settings by employee privilege set. A panel with a list of the selected items is added to the window. Their associated purposes appear in brackets.

The fields are similar to those in the Access setting by employee privilege set window.

The entry window allows you to add one or more access settings by employee privilege set to the specification.

You can open the New access setting by employee privilege set entry window by using the Add command or by pasting one access setting from the clipboard.
