Windows used to manage price schedules:
These windows are all opened from the context menu of the data grid in the directory.
You can open the editor window by using the one or more price schedules.
command. From here, you can modify attributes ofIf one price schedule is selected in the data grid, the editor window opens. The editor window contains the Properties , Access , and Specification panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Price schedule group indicates the price schedule group to which the price schedule belongs. This is a required field.
Name denotes the name of the price schedule. This is a required field.
When you include the price schedule into the specification, its name serves as the title of the data grid created on the Price schedule panel of the and windows.
Price schedules can be assigned to menu items and draft menu items. Price schedules assigned to draft menu items can be used only after the corresponding draft is activated.
Description is a text description of the price schedule.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Click
to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.The editor window opens if two or more entries are selected for editing in the data grid. This window has a panel displaying a list of the selected items.
This window is composed of the Properties and Access panels. The Specification panel is not displayed, even if the selected price schedules fully match.
The Properties panel and its fields are similar to those in the editor window.
The entry window is used to add one or more new price schedules to the directory.
You can open the entry window by using the command or by pasting one price schedule from the clipboard.
