Users can customise the appearance of data grids however they wish: you can show or hide certain columns, determine their sequence, group data, and display summary function values. These settings will be saved in the data grid's model and restored whenever the given user logs in.
Additional commands that are used to control the data grid can be found in the menu:
(Ctrl+T) – selects which columns to display and in what order to display them in the data grid.
(Ctrl+Num +) – expands all tree list nodes.
(Ctrl+Num -) – collapses all tree list nodes.
(Ctrl+A) – selects all entries in the data grid.
(Shift+Ctrl+Num +) – displays groups in the data grid.
(Shift+Ctrl+Num -) – hides groups in the data grid.
(Ctrl+S)(Ctrl+S) – saves data from the data grid as an Excel spreadsheet.
