Adding stock items to stocktaking records

To add a stock item to the stocktaking record, specify this stock item in the selection table.

Additional information

You can also add stock items to the stocktaking record using the following methods:

  • select the stock item by pressing the corresponding key on the keyboard connected to the POS terminal (if the function to select this stock item is assigned to this key);

  • select the stock item by entering its ID (e.g. by reading its barcode).

This will open the stock item quantity editor window.

Enter the stock item quantity either using a numeric keypad or by placing the stock item on the scale.

Press OK or Enter. This stock item will be added to the stocktaking record collation report, and the editor window will close.

After adding the stock items, you must save the stocktaking record.
