To change the quantity of the stock item that is included in the stocktaking record, select this stock item and choose the Edit command from the context menu.

This will open the stock item quantity editor window.

Enter the stock item quantity either using a numeric keypad or by placing the stock item on the scale.

Press OK or Enter. This will change the stock item volume in the collation report and close the editor window.

After changing the stock item volume, you must save the stocktaking record.
