To create a new stocktaking record, select the name of the store and choose the Create stocktaking record command in the context menu.

This will open the stocktaking record editor screen.

When you enter the editing mode, a new stocktaking record is created for the partial stocktaking

If the CopyPreviousStoreInventory parameter is set to True, information about stock on hand is added to the collation report from the previous stocktaking record. If it is set to False, a stocktaking record with an empty collation report is created.

You can work with a stocktaking record’s collation report in its editor screen.
