The Promotion category authorisation is used to manage devices that provide information about clients' promotion categories.

Data grid columns:

Division is the name of the division in which the promotion category authorisation device is used.
Promotion category authorisation device indicates the promotion category authorisation device in use.
Index defines the order in which the promotion category authorisation devices are used.
Authorisation mode is the authorisation mode for the division's terminals.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) – adds a new promotion category authorisation device to the division specification.
Edit (F2) – edits the selected authorisation devices in the specification.
Delete (Del) – permanently deletes items from the promotion category authorisation device specification.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

The New authorisation device for promotion categories entry window is used to add new items to the list of promotional category authorisation devices. The Promotion category authorisation device and Promotion category authorisation devices editor windows are used to edit attributes.

A confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete promotion category authorisation devices from the data grid.
