The following windows are used when working with promotion category authorisation devices:
All of these windows are opened from the Promotion category authorisation panel data grid.
You can open the editor window by using the command. From here, you can modify attributes of one or more promotion category authorisation devices in a given division.
If one device is selected, the editor window opens.
Window fields:
Division is the name of the division in which the promotion category authorisation device is used. This is a required field.
Promotion category authorisation device is the name of the promotion category authorisation device that is used in the division. This is a required field.
You can select a device in the window from a list of devices that can be used to authorize promotion categories.
Index defines the order in which the promotion category authorisation devices are used.
By default, a new item receives the highest index value.
The promotion category authorisation device with the smallest value in the Index field becomes the main device for the division.
Authorisation mode is the authorisation mode for the promotion category authorisation device. This is a required field.
Please choose between: Manual and Automatic.
If you select Manual, the authorisation will be carried out manually by the POS terminal operator. If you select Automatic, the authorisation will be carried out automatically.
Click to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The multiple promotion category authorisation devices editor window opens when multiple authorisation devices are selected for editing in the data grid.
The name of the editor window changes to . A panel displaying a list of the selected items is added to the editor window. Their associated divisions are specified in brackets.
The fields are similar to those in the editor window.
You can open the entry window by using the command. From there, you can add a new device to the division specification.
