Timed service device job log

The Timed service device job log is used to view the results of jobs on timed service control devices.

Location of the window: DevicesTimed service device job log. You can also open the window using the Timed service device job log command in the context menu of the Jobs for timed resource devices list.

Log records are displayed only for those jobs that were run with errors. Job log entries contain information about execution attempts and messages received from devices during job execution.

Data grid columns:

  • Start date is the date and time when the job was started.

  • End date is the date and time when the job finished.

  • Severity is the level of importance of any errors that may occur.

  • Message is a message received from the device while it executes a job.

  • Number of retries shows how many times the system attempted to execute the print job.

  • Table denotes the table where the timed service is provided.

  • Device is the device to which the job was sent.

  • Employee is the employee who opened the order to provide a timed service.

No changes can be made to the data grid. Therefore, the context menu contains only the following commands:

  • View (F2) – displays the execution log.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To view attributes of job log items, use the Job execution log item and Job execution log items viewing windows.
