Windows used for managing directory contents:

Partner and Partners editor windows,
New partner and New partners entry windows.

All of these windows are opened from the Partners directory data grid.

The editor window is opened by using the Edit command. From here, you can edit one or more one or more partners.

If you select one entry in the data grid, the Partner editor window opens.

This window always displays the Properties , Access and Document prefix panels. The Company , Actual address , and Registered office address panels appear when the company to which the selected partner belongs is specified. The Home address , Work address , Personal profile , and Photograph panels are displayed if a personal profile is filled out for the representative of the partner.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

Partner group is the partner group that contains the partner's information. This is a required field.
Please select a group in the Select partner group window.
Name indicates the name of the partner. This is a required field.
The name of the partner is used in the stock-out and stock-in records that accompany the release of stock items to a partner or the receipt of stock items from a partner enterprise, as well as in the return delivery notes.
Description is a text description of the partner.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Personal profile is a link to the personal profile of a partner representative.
Please select a profile in the Select personal profile window.
After you have selected an option, the window displays the Personal profile and Photograph panels, filled in with the personal details of the selected partner's representative.

Company denotes the partner company.
This field contains a link to the data entered in the Companies directory. You can select a company in the Select company window.
After you have selected an option, the window displays the Company panel, which contains information about the selected company. This information is used when exporting data to accounting software.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple partners editor window opens if two or more entries are selected in the data grid.

The name of the editor window changes to Partners. The editor window contains a panel with the selected elements as well as the following panels: Properties , Access , and Document prefix .

The panels and fields are similar to those in the Partner window.

The entry window allows you to add information about one or more partners to the directory.

You can open the New partner entry window by using the Add command or by pasting details of one partner from the clipboard.
