Recycle bin list

The Recycle bin list is used to view and restore items deleted from directories.

Location of the list: AdvancedRecycle bin.

The window contains a panel displaying the filter parameters and a data grid with a list of deleted items and groups matching the filter parameters. The items and groups are put together in a tree list.

Data grid columns:

  • Name is the name of the item or group of items deleted from directories.

  • Object type is the type of the deleted objects: items or item groups from directories.

  • Description is a brief description of an item or a group of items.

  • Deletion date is the date and time when the object was deleted from the directory.

  • Employee is the username of the employee who deleted the object.

  • Parent object is the parent of the deleted object.

  • Comment is a short text comment entered when deleting the item and/or group from the directory.

Context menu commands:

  • Restore – restores deleted groups and items.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

The Restore data window is used to restore objects from the Recycle bin to their original directories
