Experiment stock item window

The following windows are used when working with stock items in experiments:

The stock item entry window opens from the context menu of the development record specification, while the editor and viewing windows open from the Stock items menu.

You can open the Experiment stock item editor window by using the Edit command from the Stock items menu. From here, you can modify attributes of the stock item used in the experiment.

Window fields:

  • Document is the number of the development record, the specification of which contains the stock item. The field is read-only.

  • Parent indicates the development record specification item that serves as the parent for the given stock item.

    This field is filled in only if the stock item is listed as an ingredient in the recipe of another stock item. You can select a parent in the Select experiment stock item window.

  • Stock item indicates the stock item that is used in the experiment. This is a required field.

    Please select an item in the Select stock item window.

    After the development record is processed by the storekeeping system, the level of the stock item will be decreased.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the added stock item.

    You can select this value in the Select stock item unit of measurement window.

  • Index indicates the place of the stock item in the development record specification.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

You can open the New experiment stock item entry window by using the Add command from the Stock items menu. From here, you can add a new item to the development record specification.

The fields are similar to those in the Experiment stock item editor window.

You can open the Experiment stock item viewing window by using the View command from the Stock items menu if the development record has a status of either Ready or Registered.

Selecting Close will close the viewing window.
