Working in Delivery call centre mode

Working in Delivery call centre mode

A call centre allows you to centralise order-taking and to transfer orders to the specific divisions that will prepare and deliver them.

In the Delivery call centre operating mode, the operator takes an order from the customer and sends it to a division for execution. Orders taken by the call centre are normally executed in Delivery via call centre mode.

Alternatively, the division can decline to execute an order that was taken by the call centre, for example, because of high work load or if necessary stock items are missing from the store. In this case, the delivery order will receive the Rejected by the venue status. The call centre operator can then send this order to another division, edit its specification, or cancel it.

Operations carried out in Delivery call centre mode:

After the user logs in to the program and selects the operating mode, the start screen with the list of delivery orders is displayed. On the left side of the screen, a filter panel for the guest tab list appears.
