In Delivery , Delivery call centre and Delivery via call centre modes, you can enter data using a physical keyboard or an on-screen keyboard. You can choose to use the physical keyboard or the on-screen keyboard exclusively or both keyboards together.

The UseStandardKeyboard parameter allows you to determine whether a physical keyboard can be used. This parameter can have one of the following values:

You can use the ↓ or Tab key to proceed to the next field. Pressing ↑ or the Shift+Tab combination will move you to the previous field. If the cursor is placed on the first field on the screen, only the ↓ and Tab keys will be available. If the focus is on the last field, only the ↑ and Shift+Tab keys can be used. You can also move to the next field by pressing Enter.

The Page Up and Page down keys allow you to open drop-down lists and navigate through their options.

Pressing Enter enters the selected value into the field and closes the list. Pressing Esc closes the list without making changes to the field.
