The Stocktaking mode is used for carrying out partial stocktakings during which only the remainders of the stock items included in the collation report are checked against the recorded figures.

In this mode, you can both create new stocktaking records and select previously created records. The person carrying out the stocktaking populates a collation report for the selected stocktaking record and then sends the stocktaking record to Tillypad XL Manager.

The collation report can be populated manually or by using a barcode scanner and a scale connected to the POS terminal.
