Information about costs associated with stock item procurement can be received from supplier requests and stock-in records that were created based on supplier requests. However, this does not cover all the expenses of the venue. To organise expenses management, you need to save information about other incomes and expenses, such as paying for goods or services etc. This will allow for a greater precision in assessing current expenses and ensure a more informed analysis.

These operations can involve partners, regular customers, or employees. Transactions with partners usually concern purchases of stock items, supplies or services. Regular customers can deposit prepaid credits to their regular customer accounts and retrieve them. Employees can receive cash to perform their job duties and return unused balances. In addition, you can also take into account money transfers from one organisation account to another.

A cash flow item is specified for each cash flow operation. Using cash flow items, you can classify cash flow operations according to your needs and preferences.

Depending on its current state, each cash flow operation can have one of the following statuses:

  • Not ready – cash flow operation has not been completed, any transaction attributes can be edited.

  • Ready – cash flow operation has not been completed, but only its status can be changed.
