Here you will find information about vendors and recipients of stock items and goods, as well as regular customers.

Regular customers are clients (both individual and corporate) who regularly make use of your enterprise’s services and enjoy its loyalty benefits, e.g. discounts, bonuses, priority service, prize drawings, etc.

Regular customers are given IDs, e.g. client cards (either connected to a specific individual or usable by any person in possession of the ID). For each regular customer, you can assign a personal promotion category, open one or more personal accounts, grant discounts and add reward points according to your enterprise’s rewards programme. Information about all operations on regular customer accounts and points is stored in the database.

Tillypad XL allows you to authorise both your own customers and clients of other systems. When authorising your own regular customer, the screen displays his/her details, including account balance and number of points earned. You can also apply promotion categories and add points to clients of other systems or run operations on their accounts. Privilege authorisation is used to accord special service conditions to these clients.

The Transactions section stores personal details of clients, partners, and employees. Tillypad XL also allows you to store information about companies that act as your business’s clients and partners. You can then use this information in documentation of your relationship with external organisations. It is therefore important to have these companies’ information, e.g. registered office address, TIN, settlement account number.

In the Transactions section, you can enter information about your company's accounts used for transaction with partners, regular customers, and employees. To have an easier time tracking transactions, you can create cash flow items and groups.

The Transactions section includes lists, operational reports, and directories.

The section stores data on operations carried out between your enterprise and its vendors, partners, and clients.
