Regular customers of your enterprise can be both individuals and organisations, for example: visitors, partner companies and external organisations or their representatives.

You might want to provide special service conditions for your regular customers or for clients of partner systems (such as promotion programmes, bonuses, personal announcements and greetings, or personal account management).

The system allows you to identify individual and group customers and store data about all contact with them. Customers can be identified by their personal profiles or other attributes (surname, name, hotel room), by personal or impersonal IDs (magnetic cards, smart cards, electronic keys, barcode cards), or by calls from a mobile phone number registered within the system.

Tillypad XL Manager allows you to bring together various pieces of information about your business's regular customers. For client organisations, this might consist of: name, business domain, contact person. For regular customers, this might consist of: name, age, address, contact phone numbers, gastronomic preferences, etc.

Regular customers can enjoy special discounts and bonuses and have regular customer accounts and associated payment cards. Regular customer accounts form a client purse. You can add conventional units (points) to the regular customer account. Once the customer has accrued a certain number of points, he/she can redeem these points for bonuses.

You can also set up a promotion category for a regular customer. The customer’s promotion category is then entered into his/her guest tab and can complement other promotion categories specified for this guest tab or for an order, order item, division, or table.

The sales rules associated with promotion categories are applied accordingly. Customers receive discounts, accrue points, can be assigned guest tab limits, etc.

The system allows you to record each visit made by regular customers who present their IDs. The system registers the orders made and amounts spent by regular customers, operations on regular customer accounts, account balances, and balances of earned and spent points.

If the regular customer has been specified as the sender (payer) or recipient (beneficiary) in a cash flow operation, this operation is saved in the Cash flow by regular customer list.

To manage information about your business's regular clients, use the Regular customers directory. This directory also contains information about guest tabs opened for regular customers and about the customers’ points and IDs.
