Promotion formulas determine how to calculate discounts (or markups) or how to offer the bonuses that accompany a customer's promotion types. A standard promotion type includes Transact SQL and SQLite queries, which define how prices of menu items can be changed in an order or how items can be added to an order. Transact SQL queries are used in Tillypad XL Manager, while SQLite queries are used in Tillydroid App . This way, both applications can use the same promotion formula.
Standard promotion types are managed in the directory.
The directory contains system promotion formulas, i.e. various methods of calculating commonly used discounts, markups and bonuses. The program enables you to apply the system promotion formulas as well as to create new formulas.
