Windows used for configuring promotion category settings:

Promotion category setting and Promotion category settings editor windows,
New promotion category setting entry window.

All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the Promotion category settings panel.

You can open the editor window using the Edit command and modify attributes of one or more promotion category settings.

The Promotion category setting editor window is opened if one entry was selected in the data grid.

Window fields:

Promotion category authorisation device parameter is a parameter for transferring the imported promotion category to the promotion category authorisation device. This is a required field.
The field list displays the names of selected promotion category authorisation device parameters.
Promotion category is the promotion category of Tillypad that is used when the client presents the ID of an imported promotion category. This is a required field.
Please select a promotion category in the Select promotion category window.
Imported promotion category is the imported promotion category. This is a required field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple promotion category settings editor window opens if two or more entries were selected in the data grid. The name of the window changes to Promotion category settings. A panel with a list of selected items is added to the editor window. The promotion category authorisation device parameter, to which this promotion category relates, is indicated in the brackets.

The fields are similar to the Promotion category setting window.

You can open the New promotion category setting entry window using the Add command and add a new promotion category setting to the specification.
