Abstract

TfmClientGroups

The Regular customer groups directory is used to manage the groups containing information about regular customers.

Location of directory window: Transactions - Directories - Regular customer groups.

Data grid columns:

Name is the name of the regular customer group.
Description is a brief textual description of the regular customer group.
Parent group is the regular customer group containing this group.
Suspended is the attribute of a temporal suspension of the regular customer group.
Security level is the security level assigned to the regular customer group.
System – system objects tag.

The context menu contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – adding a new regular customer group.
Edit (F2) – editing regular customer group attributes.
Delete (Del)– deleting regular customer groups from the directory to the Recycle bin.
Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

In order to add new groups to the directory, please use the New regular customer group and the New groups of regular customers windows. To edit group attributes, please use the Regular customer group and the Regular customer groups editor windows.

When deleting regular customer groups, a delete confirmation prompt is used. Together with the regular customer group, all its child groups and regular customers are also removed from the directory.

To select regular customer groups from the entry and editor windows, please use the Select regular customer group window.
