Access panel of the Company window

The following windows are used to work with companies details:

Company and Companies editor windows,
New company and New companies entry windows.

All these windows are opened from the Companies directory data grid.

The command Edit opens the editor window and enables you to change attributes of one or more companies.

If one element was selected in the data grid, the Company editor window is opened. The editor window is composed of the Properties and Access panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

Company group is a group containing the company. This is a required field.
Please select a group in the Select company group window.
Name is the name of the company. This is a required field.
We recommend entering the official company name in compliance with its incorporation documents.
Description is a textual description of the company.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Type is the type of the company. This is a required field.
Please select a type in the Select company type window.
Phone is the contact phone number of the company.
Registered office address is the address where the company is registered.
This address is specified in the incorporation documents of the company. It is used in some print layouts.
Address is the actual address of the enterprise.
Settlement account is the bank account number used for settlement transactions with this company.
This settlement account number is specified in print layouts of the documents.
TIN is the tax identification number assigned to the company.
TIN is specified in print layouts of the documents.
Comment is a short textual comment.
This field can contain any additional textual information about this company that complements the description of the company.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If more than one record is selected in the table, the Companies editor window is opened. A panel with a list of the selected items is added to the editor window.

The fields and their completion rules are similar to the Company window.

In the editor window, you can enter data concerning one or more companies to the directory.

To open the New company entry window, please use the Add command or add a company from the clipboard to the directory.
