Access panel in the Fiscal register window

The Fiscal registers directory is used to manage Fiscal registers.

You cannot add fiscal registers manually, but you can edit their attributes. When you run the first operation on a fiscal register, that is not yet in the Fiscal registers directory, the information about this device is added to the directory.

Location of the directory: Devices - Directories - Fiscal registers.

Data grid columns:

Name is a fiscal register.
Description is a brief description of the fiscal register.
Fiscal register type is the type of the fiscal register.
Organisation is a partner that has details of your own enterprise specified in its attributes.
Number is the fiscal register number.
Security level is the security level assigned to the fiscal register.
System – system objects tag.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

Edit (F2) – editing and viewing fiscal register attributes.
Fiscal registrations – viewing a list of operations, run on selected fiscal registers.
Delete (Del) – deleting fiscal registers from the directory to the Recycle bin.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To edit attributes of fiscal registers, please use the Fiscal register and Fiscal registers editor windows.

When deleting fiscal registers from the directory, a confirm delete prompt is used.

To open the directory from windows of other directories, please use the Select fiscal register window.
