Abstract

TfmPartnerGroups

The Partner groups directory is used to manage groups containing partners of your enterprise.

Location of the directory: Transactions - Directories - Partner groups.

Data grid columns:

Name is the name of the partner group.
Description is a description of a partner group.
Parent group is a partner group containing this group.
Security level is the security level assigned to the partner group.
System – system objects tag.

Context menu of thePartner groups directory data grid contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – adding a new partner group.
Edit (F2) – editing partner group attributes.
Delete (Del) – deleting partner groups from the directory to the Recycle bin.
Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

In order to add new groups to the directory, please use the New partner group and New partner groups entry windows. To edit directory contents, use the Partner group and Partner groups editor windows.

When deleting partner groups from the directory, a confirm delete prompt is used. Together with partner groups, their nested partner groups are also deleted from the Partner groups directory. Partner groups along with their nested partners and partner groups are deleted from the Partners directory.

To select a partner group in entry and editor windows, please use the Select partner group window.
