The Document prefix panel is used to enter a textual or an alphanumerical code that can be used when generating numbers for stock-in and stock-out documents.
Document prefix is composed of one field:
Value is a prefix that can be added to the document numberto identify a partner.
You can enter any text value in this field that will be handy when working with document numbers accompanying store operations with this partner.
To automatically add partner's prefix to the document number, please select a corresponding number format for this document type in the
directory. When creating a document number format in the
directory, use the partner's prefix call procedure in SQL queries dnf_GetPartnerSignature.
