Windows used for managing directory contents:
All of these windows are opened from the directory data grid.
The command opens the editor window and allows you to edit the attributes of one or more partners of your enterprise.
If you selected one entry in the data grid, the editor window is opened.
The window always displays the panels Properties , Access , and Document prefix . The Company panel is displayed when the selected partner's company is specified. The Personal profile and Photograph are displayed if the personal profile is filled out for the representative of the partner.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Partner group is the group of partners containing information about the partner. This is a required field.
Name is the name of the partner. This is a required field.
The name of the partner is used in stock-out and stock-in records accompanying stock items release procedure to the partner or goods receipt procedure from a partner enterprise.
Description is a text description of the partner.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Personal profile is a link to the personal profile of the partner's representative.
Please select a profile in the window.
After you have selected an option, the window displays the Personal profile and Photograph panels containing personal details of the selected partner's representative.
Company is the partner's company.
Contains a link to the data entered in the directory. Please select a company in the box.
After you have selected an option, the window displays the Company panel containing information about the selected company. This information is used when exporting data to accounting software
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The multiple partners editor window is opened, if two or more entries are selected in the data grid.
The name of the editor window changes to . The editor window contains only the panel with selected elements and the following panels: Properties , Access , and Document prefix .

The entry window allows you to add information about one or more partners to the directory.
You can open the entry window by using the command or by pasting information about a partner from the clipboard.
