The following windows are used to manage payment method groups:
All of these windows are opened from the or directory.
The editor window is opened by the one or more payment method groups to be edited.
command and allowsIf one group is selected, the editor window is opened.
The window contains the Properties and Access panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name – name of the payment method group. Required field.
Description – brief description of the payment methods group.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Excluded from payment – flag for temporary disabling of the payment method group on POS terminals. Required field.
The value is selected from No or Yes.
If No is selected, the payment method group will be available for selection on the POS terminal.
If Yes is selected, the payment method group along with all nested payment methods will not be available for selection on the POS terminal.
Index – position of the payment method group in the list of payment method groups on POS terminals.
By default, a new payment method group is added to the lowest position in the list (i.e. it is given the highest index number). The default index can be changed if the user wants to alter the position of the group in the window table and in the list on POS terminals.
Click
to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.When two or more payment method groups are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected payment method groups. The title in the window header is .
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window allows one or more new payment method groups to be added to the directory.
The entry window is opened by the command from the directory, or by the directory, or by pasting a payment method group from the clipboard.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is opened when two or more payment method groups are pasted from the clipboard to the directory.
