Windows used with screen form print formats:
The window is opened by the command in the context menu when one or more screen form print formats are selected.
If one screen form print format is selected, the editor window will open.
The window contains the Properties , Input parameters and Print layouts panels.
Name -- name of the screen form print format. Required field.
Description -- brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Based on -- screen form print format on which the screen form print format is based.
-- whether an additional SQL query to retrieve data from other screen forms is required.
Selection is made from Yes or No.
If Yes is selected, the Preset parameters , Query and Preset parameter configuration panels are added to the window.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The multiple window opens when more than one screen form print format is selected for editing.
The window contains the Properties panel and a panel displaying a list of the selected screen form print formats.
When multiple screen form print formats are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected screen form print formats.
The fields are the same as in the window.
The entry window is opened by the command from the context menu.
