Windows used for managing the directory contents:
All of these windows are opened from the directory.
The editor window is opened by the command and allows one or more promotion categories to be edited.
If one promotion category is selected in the directory window, the editor windows will open.
The window contains the Properties and Access panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name – name of the promotion category. Required field.
Promotion categories names are made available in the selection window of the POS terminal.
Description – brief description of the promotion category.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Guest tab limit – maximum guest tab value allowed by the promotion category.
Value is specified in the currency configured for the segment.
The guest tab limit is only used with POS terminals working in mode. When a customer's guest tab value reaches the limit, no more orders can be added to it. The client will be offered to pay for the orders that have already been made. Exceeding the limit is permitted only with the confirmation of a specially authorised staff member.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The multiple editor window opens if two or more promotion categories are selected for editing.
The name of the window is . This window includes a panel with a list of the selected promotion categories.
When multiple promotion categories are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected promotion categories.
The panels and fields are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to add one or more promotion categories to the directory.
The entry window is opened by the command or when adding one promotion category from the clipboard.
The fields and panels are the same as in the editor window.
The entry window is opened when two or more promotion categories are pasted from the clipboard.
