The directory is used to manage employee privileges and access settings.
Location of the directory: - .
Data grid columns:
Name is the name of the employee privilege.
Description is a brief textual description of the employee privilege.
Security level is the security level assigned to the employee privilege.
System – system objects tag.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – creating a new employee privilege.
(F2) – editing employee privileges.
(Del) – deleting employee privileges from the directory to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
To add new elements to the directory, please use the and entry windows. To edit directory contents, use the or editor windows.
When removing employee privileges from the directory, a confirm delete prompt is used.
To open the directory from windows of other directories, please use the window.
