Access setting by employee privilege window

The following windows are used to manage access settings customized for an employee privilege:

All these windows are opened from the Access settings panel data grid in the Employee privilege window.

You can open the editor window using the Edit command and modify attributes of one or more access settings.

If one entry was selected in the table, the Access setting by employee privilege editor window is opened:

Window fields:

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If two or more entries were selected in the table, the editor window for multiple access settings by employee privilege is opened. The name of the window changes to Access settings by employee privilege. A panel with a list of selected elements is added to the window. User roles included in selected access settings are displayed in brackets:

The fields and their completion rules are similar to the Access setting by employee privilege window.

The entry window allows you to add one or more access settings by employee privilege to the specification.

You can open the New access setting by employee privilege entry window using the Add command or by pasting an access setting from the clipboard.
