Windows used to manage price schedule groups:
These windows are opened from the or directory's data grid.
The editor window is opened by the command and makes it possible to alter attributes of one or more price schedule groups.
If one price schedule group is selected in the group list, the window will open.
Window fields are as follows:
Parent group – name of the group to which this price schedule group belongs.
Name – name of the price schedule group. Required field.
Description – description of the price schedule group.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Security level – security level assigned to the price schedule group. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
The security level enables to share access privileges among users on price schedules contained in the price schedule group.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The window to edit multiple price schedule groups opens when more than one price schedule group is selected in the and directories.
Then a panel with a list of the selected records is added to the window, and its title changes to .
When multiple price schedule groups are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected groups.
The panels and fields are the same as in the editor window.
The window is opened either by the command in the context menu of the directory or by the command from the context menu of the directory. Both commands allow a new price schedule group to be added.
