Abstract

TfmClients

The following windows are used to manage regular customer accounts:

All of these windows are opened from the Client accounts panel.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command. From there, you can modify one or more regular customer accounts.

If one element is selected in the specification table, the Regular customer account editor window will open.

Window fields:

  • Regular customer is the regular client with an open account.

The display field contains the name of the regular client entered in the Properties panel field of the editor window.

The name of the regular customer is displayed on the POS terminal when preauthorising or authorising a payment and when running operations on regular customer accounts.

  • Account type is the type of the regular customer account.

This field is read-only. You can select a type in the Select regular customer account type window. This action is only available in the New regular customer account entry window.

  • Minimum balance is the minimum amount that must be kept on a regular customer account.

You can set up a minimum balance for a client. If such a limit is specified, when the customer pays for orders, you will not be able to run payment operations that would cause the account balance to go below the minimum.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple regular customer accounts editor window opens when two or more accounts are selected in the specification table. The name of the window changes to Regular customer accounts. A panel with a list of selected elements is added to the window. Regular customers for whom the selected accounts were opened are specified in brackets.
