The Usage panel contains a list of the objects that use the presented ID.

Data grid columns:

Object is the name of the object that correlates with the entered ID.
Names are displayed for employees, regular customers, external system clients, menu items, and stock items. The Guest tabs value is displayed for guest tabs.
Additional shows additional information about the object:
- for employees, their user role;
- for regular customers, their regular customer group;
- for stock items, their stock item group;
- for menu items, their menu item group;
- for regular customers of external systems, the last business day when the ID was used.
Object type is the type of the object to which the ID is allocated.

The context menu contains the following commands:

Open (F2) – opens the object editor window or the identified guest tabs viewing window.
Depending on the type of the selected item, the following windows are used:
- Employee editor window,
- Regular customer editor window,
- Menu item editor window,
- Stock item editor window,
- Business day
- Guest tabs found by ID window.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
