The following windows are used when working with promotion categories in the promotion categories specification of order items:

All of these windows are opened from the order promotion categories specification; the multiple promotion categories entry window also opens when two or more promotion categories are simultaneously pasted from the clipboard.

The editor window is opened by using the Edit command. In this window, you can modify the attributes of one or more additional promotion categories in the order.

If one promotion category is selected in the order promotion category specification data grid, the Additional order item promotion category editor window opens.

The fields in the window can be edited if the order has the status Not ready.

Window fields:

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The editor window for multiple promotion categories of order items opens if two or more records are selected for editing in the data grid of additional promotion categories.

The name of the editor window changes to Additional order item promotion categories . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected additional promotion categories with their associated order items specified in brackets.

The fields are similar to those in the Additional order item promotion category window.

The entry window allows you to add one or more new items to the additional promotion categories data grid.

You can open the New additional order item promotion category entry window by using the Add command or by pasting one promotion category from the clipboard.

You can open the viewing window by using the View command. From here, you can view attributes of one or more additional promotion categories in the specification of an order with the status Submitted. The fields in the window are read-only.

If one item is selected in the additional promotion category specification for the order item, the Additional order item promotion category viewing window opens.

Selecting Close will close the viewing window.

The Additional order item promotion categories viewing window opens if two or more items are selected from the order item specifications if at least one of the orders has the status Submitted.

It has a panel displaying a list of the selected additional promotion categories, with their associated order items specified in brackets.
