The Additional promotion categories panel is used to add additional promotion categories to order items:

Data grid columns:

Guest tab denotes the guest tab to which the order belongs.
Order denotes the number of the order.
Order item indicates the order specification item for which the additional promotion category is specified.
Promotion category is the additional promotion category of the order specification item.

The context menu of the additional promotion categories data grid contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – adds an additional promotion category to the order specification.
Edit / View (F2) – edits and displays promotion category specification items of the order item.
Delete (Del) – permanently deletes items from the promotion categories specification of the order item.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new promotion category for order items to the specification, use the New additional order item promotion category entry windows.

To edit attributes of promotion category specification items, use the Additional order item promotion category and Additional order item promotion categories editor windows.

To familiarise yourself with promotion categories in the specifications of orders with the Submitted status, use the Additional order item promotion category and Additional order promotion categories viewing windows.

A confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete items from an order promotion categories specification.
