Deleting items from the order

To delete the selected item from the order specification, select the Delete command from the context menu.

Additional information

Deleting items from both submitted and unsubmitted orders is a restricted operation. Such operations are stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.

You may need to authorise the operation and specify a reason for its execution. In the parameters of Fast Food mode, you can configure whether the operation needs to be authorised, as well as the procedure according to which it will be stored in the list of restricted operations.

Specify the reason for deleting order items:

When you exit the Enter order screen, a confirm deletion prompt appears:

Press OK. This will close the confirmation prompt, and the item will be deleted from the order.

Additional information

If the item has been to the order together with its modifier, the modifier will also be deleted when you delete the order item.

To close the confirmation prompt without deleting the item from the order, press Cancel.
