Delete items from the order

Select an order item from the data grid and click on the Delete command in the context menu.

Additional information

Deleting items both from a submitted or from a new order belongs to the restricted terminal operations. Performed operations are stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.

You might need to authorise the operation and specify its reason. In the Restaurant waiter mode parameters, you can configure whether the operation needs to be authorised and the procedure according to which it will be stored in the list of restricted operations.

After that, the item will be deleted from the order.

Additional information

If the menu item had a modifier, they will be deleted together.
