Operations on orders are carried out in the Enter order screen.

You can find all operations that can be performed on an order item in the context menu of the item. You can open the context menu by specifying this item in the data grid. Available operations on guest tabs – in the context menu of the order.

Orders that have been added to the guest tab can be deleted. Items that have been added to the order can be edited or deleted.

Additional information

Deleting orders or their items belongs to restricted operations. Performed operations are stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.

You might need to authorise the operation and specify its reason. In the Restaurant waiter mode parameters, you can configure whether the operation needs to be authorised and the procedure according to which it will be stored in the list of restricted operations.

To manage an order item, specify it in the list and select the necessary command from the context menu.
