Deleting both a submitted or a new order belongs to the restricted terminal operations. Performed operations are stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.

You might need to authorise the operation and specify its reason. In the Restaurant waiter mode parameters, you can configure whether the operation needs to be authorised and the procedure according to which it will be stored in the list of restricted operations.
