Change number of customers

To change the number of customers on a given guest tab, specify the tab and select the Change number of customers command from the Change menu.

This will open an editor window for the number of customers:

Edit the value in the entry field. Press OK or Enter. The editor window will close. The entered number of guests will be specified in the selected guest tab.

Additional information

Changing the number of customers in a guest tab belongs to the restricted POS terminal operations. Performed operations are stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.

You might need to authorise the operation and specify its reason. In the Restaurant waiter mode parameters, you can configure whether the operation needs to be authorised and the procedure according to which it will be stored in the list of restricted operations.

Pressing Cancel will close the editor window without changing the number of guests.
