To transfer some of the orders of the guest tabs into a new guest tab, specify the original tab and click on the Split guest tab command in the Split menu.

Selecting the Split guest tab command will open a Split screen, which contains two data grids with orders (one for each guest tab that is generated as a result of splitting the original tab). If the original guest tab is allocated to a table, the new guest tab will also be created for the same table.

To transfer an item or an order from one guest tab to another, specify the item or the order that you want to transfer in the original data grid of orders. This will move it to the data grid of orders of another guest tab.

If an order has two or more portions of the same item, an editor window will open when transferring this item from one guest tab to another. This window will prompt you to edit the number of portions you want to transfer.

If necessary, edit the value in the entry field and press OK. The editor window will close. The specified number of portions will be transferred from one guest tab to another.

After that, you need to specify the number of customers for each guest tab after splitting. The number of customers that will stay on the original tab will equal the original number of guests minus the number of guests that you specified for the new tab.

To open the editor window that will allow you to edit the number of customers for the newly created guest tab, press OK in the Split guest tab screen.
