The operational report is used to display regular customers' current point balances.
Location of the operational report window: - .
You can also open this window using the command from the data grid context menu in the directory.
The operational report window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel displaying the list of regular customer points operations that match the selected filter parameters.
Data grid columns:
Regular customer is the regular customer who earned the points.
Regular customer group is the regular customer group, which contains the regular customer.
Point type is the type of points earned by the regular customer.
Quantity is the current number of accumulated points.
Context menu commands:
– displays the regular customer points operations list window.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
