The Specification panel is used for entering and editing items in the return delivery note specification.

The Specification panel is composed of a data grid with a list of the stock items included in the return delivery note:

Data grid columns:

  • Stock item indicates the stock item included in the return delivery note specification.

  • Quantity denotes the quantity of the stock item.

  • Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.

  • Price is the stock item price per unit of measurement.

  • Total designates the total value of the stock item, excluding VAT.

  • Concurrence is the name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.

  • VAT, % denotes the VAT rate applicable to the stock item.

  • VAT amount is the amount of the value added tax.

  • Incl. VAT is the total amount payable for the given quantity of the stock item, including VAT.

  • Stock item group indicates the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.

  • Type indicates the stock item type.

  • Class is the name of the class with which the stock item is associated.

  • Status (store) designates the status of the return delivery note specification item. The status is assigned when the document is processed by the storekeeping system.

  • Comment is a short text comment.

  • Note indicates the number of the return delivery note in which the selected stock item is included.

  • Document is the number of the stock-in record by which the stock item was initially received.

  • Index designates the place of the stock item in the order of the return delivery note specification.

  • Stock-in quantity denotes the quantity of the stock item received via the stock-in record.

  • Returned quantity shows the quantity of the stock item previously returned via a different return delivery note.

The specification context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a stock item to the return delivery note specification.

    This command is accessible only in specifications of return delivery notes with the Not ready status.

  • Edit / View (F2) – edits or displays return delivery note specification items.

    The Edit command is only enabled in the specifications of return delivery notes with the Not ready status, provided the specification has at least one stock item. If the note has a status of either Ready or Registered, the Edit command in the context menu is replaced with the View command.

  • Delete(Del) – permanently deletes the selected stock items from the return delivery note specification.

    The Delete command is only enabled in the specifications of return delivery notes with the Not ready status, provided the specification has at least one stock item.

  • Edit sequentially (Shift+F2) – edits return delivery note specification items in sequence without closing the editor window.

    The Edit sequentially command is available only in specifications of return delivery notes with the status Not ready.

  • Stock movement – displays an operational report on movement of the selected stock items.

    This command is only available for filled-in specifications of return delivery notes, regardless of their current status.

  • Stock item turnover – opens an operational report on stock turnover of the selected stock items.

    This command is only available for filled-in specifications of return delivery notes, regardless of their current status.

  • Stock in by stock out – opens an operational report on the arrival of the selected consumed stock items.

    This command is available if at least one stock item included in the specification of a return delivery note with the status Not ready is selected.

  • Undo delete – cancels the deletion of stock items from the specification of the return delivery note.

    The command is enabled only if the specification item that caused an error during document processing by the store software has been deleted.

  • Status – menu with the commands to alter the document status.

    When you select one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When you select documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

    A stock item can be pasted from the clipboard to the specification of a return delivery note if it has been copied from this or another return delivery note.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add new items to the specifications of return delivery notes, use the New return delivery note specification item and New return delivery note specification items entry windows.

The Return delivery note specification item and Return delivery note specification items windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window (also named Return delivery note specification item ) can also be used.

A confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete return delivery note specification items.

If the return delivery note has a status of either Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case, the specification items become read-only, and the Edit command is replaced with the View command in the context menu:

Selecting the View command will open the Return delivery note specification item or Return delivery note specification items viewing window.
