Sales departments directory

The Sales departments directory is used to manage the sales departments that were created for the separate accounting of sales.

Location of the directory: SalesDirectoriesSales departments.

Data grid columns:

  • Name denotes the names of the sales departments that are registered within the system.

  • Description is a short description of the sales departments.

  • Security level is the security level assigned to the sales department.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a sales department to the directory.

  • Edit (F2) – edits attributes of sales departments.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes sales departments from the directory to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add new items to the directory, use the New sales department and New sales departments entry windows. To edit attributes of sales departments, use the Sales department and Sales departments editor windows.

When you delete sales departments, a confirmation prompt appears.

The Select sales department window is used to select directory contents from window fields.
